Beth & Dad

Rain

Caleb: We should ask God to let it rain.
Mom: Why? So the grass will be green? Does it look like it needs water?
Caleb: So I can wear my rain boots!
Mom: Oh! Well, why don't you pray and ask Him?
Caleb: Mom, how about you do it?
Mom: Alright. (prays)
Caleb: ...Mom, did He say OK?

Walkin'

Batman

Dad: Caleb, how's your dinner?
Caleb: I'm not Caleb. I'm Batman.
Dad: My bad. How's your dinner, Batman?
Caleb: Batman loves milk.
Dad: How 'bout those green beans?
Caleb: Batman doesn't like green beans.

Dad: Hmm. What do you do there?
Caleb: I concentrate animals.

Pretty

Caleb: Mommy, can you sing a different song?
Mom: What song do you want me to sing?
Caleb: The one about the soccer star.
Mom: I don't know that song. Can you tell me how it goes?
Caleb: Mommy, when you get little and you're a boy, you can ask the teacher how it goes. But you're bigger. And pretty.

Happy

Caleb: Dad, I finished building the deck.
Dad: You did?
Caleb: I did. And you helped. So thanks.
